How we bind

We print the text on archival cream paper. Pages are bound with Double-Fan Adhesive Binding so the book opens flat and does not shed leaves. Leather covers are full-grain hide. The title is hot-foil stamped. Raised spine bands are finished by hand. We check every copy before it ships.

The same bench work is on Library Leather. Cloth is fine book cloth over board with a foil spine title. Vegan Leather uses a plant-based cover with the same foil and raised bands. A longer account is in How we bind a book by hand.
